Job Opportunity:

Market Development Specialist

We are seeking a proactive team member to spearhead market development initiatives. This role involves ensuring the cost-efficient marketing of our products in regulated countries, focusing on the EMEA region. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to Sales and other functions on chemical regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage registration projects aligned with global strategies. Plan, prepare, and submit substance registration dossiers while advising business on potential strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with EU/UK national associations and REACH authority representatives. Stay updated on EU/UK REACH developments and contribute to Product Stewardship activities.

About the Role:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Degree in Chemistry or relevant field.
  • In-depth knowledge of worldwide chemical regulatory frameworks, especially EU and UK REACH.
  • Familiarity with Toxicology/Ecotoxicology/Phys-Chem and Analytic principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with business functions and customers.
  • Able to work independently in an international environment with adaptability and self-motivation.
  • Flexible, non-bureaucratic approach to working collaboratively across departments.
