Job Title:

Technical Solutions Architect

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing robust technical solutions for SRE Operations
  • Driving key initiatives using data, technology, and skill to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge management articles to support team skills and technological proficiency
  • Leading cross-team/department projects from inception to completion
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, math, or engineering disciplines or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience designing and developing reliability-based solutions, automation, tooling, and/or pipelines in a scripting language (Powershell preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience with Windows Server Administration, PowerShell, IIS, Amazon Web Services/Azure/GCP
  • 3+ years of experience developing solutions for containerized environments such as Kubernetes, AWS ECS, or similar
  • 3+ years of experience developing with technologies including Database (SQL/Postgres Preferred), Networking, IaC tooling (Terraform preferred), Linux, .NET core, Configuration Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • High-level analytical and critical thinking skills
