Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team.

  • This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to the Sales and Customer Service teams in crafting compelling technology solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to Sales, ensuring a deep understanding of client architecture specifications
  • Assist in completing technology sections in RFI/RFP/RFQ documents as required
  • Document and handover technical specifications for post-sales implementation
  • Drive accountability in cross-functional IT teams during solutioning
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends on cloud practices, technology stacks, products, and services within the Contact Center industry

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with 2+ years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications and networking
  • Able to create best practices in business process and develop repeatable playbooks
  • Leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary cross-functional teams or projects
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
  • Skilled in reviewing and writing technical documentation, including client-facing collaterals
