Job Overview

We seek an expert Data Tester to spearhead data quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT and 4+ years' experience in cloud computing are required.
  • Proficiency in the Software Test Life Cycle, Test Case Life Cycle, Defect Life Cycle, and test case preparation and execution is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Bricks/Pyspark and a good understanding of Azure Data Factory are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with various testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies is necessary.
  • Strong skills in testing medium to large-scale projects and data warehouses/data marts are required.
  • Adequate experience in identification and test data preparation techniques, leading test teams, and back-end/ETL testing with high-level SQL skills is expected.
  • Extensive exposure to large data sets and a clear understanding of the Data Quality Framework are crucial.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data profiling, auditing, balancing, and reconciliation, in an information technology operating environment are essential.
  • Proficiency in defect tracking using tools like Jira or Bugzilla is necessary.

Requirements
