Job Title: Data Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Test Engineer who will become a vital part of our team focused on data quality assurance.

You will collaborate closely with database teams and data engineering to develop specific systems facilitating the extraction, transformation, and validation of our data.

Based on your developed test strategy and approach, you will design, enhance, and execute tests that add significant value to our data.

As a primary source of guidance, you will mentor Junior Test Engineers and other team members in all areas of data quality.

You will contribute to the team using data quality best practices and techniques, ensuring our data meets the highest standards.

Confidently communicate test results with your team members and stakeholders using evidence-based reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing processes and tools to monitor and improve data quality.
  • Developing and executing test plans to verify data accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborating with data analysts and stakeholders to establish and maintain data governance policies.
  • Identifying and resolving issues with the data, such as errors, inconsistencies, or duplication.
  • Providing training and guidance to other team members on data quality best practices and techniques.
