Consumer Sales Director

Efforts Enterprises is a leading provider of solar energy solutions to residential customers. We are seeking an experienced Solar Energy Sales Lead to develop and execute B2C sales strategies that promote our innovative solutions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. They will identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base in targeted regions, and conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective B2C sales strategies to promote solar energy solutions to residential customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in targeted regions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Provide product demonstrations, consultations, and customized solar solutions to clients.
