**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a software developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails and React, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
  • Ruby on Rails: Must have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • React: Good to have experience in building reusable UI components and managing complex state changes using React.
  • SQL/MySQL: Must have expertise in database design, development, and optimization using SQL/MySQL.
  • Troubleshooting/Production Support: Must have strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug and resolve issues in production environments.
  • AiDE/GenAI usage: Must have knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and be able to integrate AI-powered features into web applications.
  • Rotational shifts (10 to 7 and 5 to 2AM): Must be willing to work flexible hours, including rotational shifts, to meet business needs.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Years of Experience in ROR App Support: At least 2 years of experience in supporting and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications.
  • Years of Experience in SQL/MYSQL: Proficiency in SQL/MySQL and experience in optimizing database performance.
  • Current CTC: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
  • Expected CTC: Open to negotiation based on qualifications and experience.
  • Notice period (LWD): Less than 10 days notice required.
  • Current Organization: Willing to consider candidates from any organization.
