We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to promote hair transplant services across online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities include creating engaging content and collateral, collaborating with internal teams, conducting market research, building relationships with key physicians and industry influencers, managing advertising and media campaigns, and tracking marketing metrics.

  • Create original digital content across various social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the hair transplant industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key physicians, referral partners, and industry influencers.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, experience in developing content strategies for social media, excellent writing skills, ability to create engaging and relevant social media content, knowledge of social media analytics and trends, and relevant certification or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills.

This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary range of ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month and performance bonus.
