
Sales and Account Management Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Telecalling Officer to drive our outbound sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote banking products and services.
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of various banking products to meet customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by leveraging negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered by Kotak, including financial solutions for customers.
- Document all sales activities, customer information, and call outcomes accurately in our system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Experience in telecalling or sales roles within voice processes.
- Strong understanding of the banking industry and its products is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills with the ability to handle rejection.
- Goal-oriented individual with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to achieve sales success.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
