Senior Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing critical insights and support to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Insights & Analysis: Manage recurring and ad-hoc reporting using Excel and other tools, conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, and design interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Provide operational support in account mapping, territory allocation, audits, data checks, and internal planning processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and clean CRM data, enhance accuracy through third-party validation exercises, and perform whitespace and funnel conversion analysis.
  • Strategic Analysis: Perform segment-level, territory-level, and industry-level insights to guide expansion efforts, address ad-hoc analytical requests, and analyze large sets of data to provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, working with large datasets, and tools like Excel & SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau/Power BI, SQL, Presto, Anaplan, CRM platforms, and advanced knowledge of Excel & SQL.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, an enthusiastic mentality, and a bias for action.
