Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will bring 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance Engineering, with a proven track record in Python testing, Appium, Selenium, Pytest, and automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement comprehensive test plans using Python, Selenium, and Appium to validate software functionality.

  2. Automation Expertise: Drive automation initiatives by creating and maintaining test scripts with Pytest and Python coding to improve testing efficiency and ensure broad test coverage.

  3. Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly.

  4. Quality Assurance Practices: Apply industry best practices to verify software quality, ensuring high standards and a seamless user experience.

  5. Process Improvement: Contribute to refining test strategies, tools, and processes to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python programming for test automation.
  • Solid experience with Appium and Selenium for mobile and web application testing.
  • Expertise in automated testing frameworks like Pytest.
  • In-depth knowledge of automation testing tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
