Job Description:

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless data exchange between trading partners and internal systems. Your primary focus will be on managing EDI transactions and integrations to maintain high standards of data integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • EDI Transaction Management: Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions and integrations with business applications (ERP, supply chain, finance, etc.).
  • Trading Partner Onboarding: Manage the onboarding of new trading partners and maintain EDI maps, specifications, and communication protocols.
  • Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Collaborate with business teams to analyze and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Compliance and Data Security: Ensure compliance with EDI standards and company policies, including data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Integration Support: Work closely with vendors, IT teams, and external partners to support integration projects.
  • Documentation and Support: Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, technical specs, and partner guidelines. Provide support for audits, testing, and validation of new or modified EDI processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based EDI platforms or integration tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
