  • This is an exciting opportunity to specialize in the architecture, design, and management of data solutions within the Snowflake Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data storage solutions using Snowflake's comprehensive suite of tools.
  • Make optimal use of Snowflake's cloud-driven infrastructure for effective data flow and availability.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to support data-driven business decisions across the organization.
  • Develop and review service descriptions to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Provide visibility and mitigation to technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in computer science, data science, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience implementing large-scale data intelligence solutions around Snowflake DW.
  • Expertise in Snowflake Functions, utilities, stage, and file upload features, time travel, fail-safe procedures, tasks, snowpipe, SnowSQL, and Snowpark.
  • Familiarity with ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) to load data into databases and perform transformations.
  • Ability to write analytical SQL functions.
  • Experience building dimensional data marts, data lakes, and warehouses.
  • Good experience with streaming services like Kafka.
  • Cloud Data Warehouse solutions experience, including data modeling, analysis, and programming.
  • Experience with DevOps models utilizing CI/CD tools.
  • Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform and its components.
  • Advanced SQL queries, scripts, stored procedures, and materialized views.
  • Orchestration workflow and Azure Data Factory.
  • Data modeling and analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tableau certification.
