POSH Specialist

As a POSH Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive environments and combating sexual harassment. Our initiative aims to provide comprehensive prevention, support, and redressal services for all individuals.

This full-time remote position involves developing training materials, conducting workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for various organizations. Daily tasks include delivering presentations, providing legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases, and drafting legal documents.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations is essential, along with strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations, and legal consultation skills. Experience in developing training materials and drafting legal documents is also crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and remotely.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sexual harassment laws and regulations, with experience in the legal field, particularly in sexual harassment cases. A commitment to promoting equality and combating sexual harassment is paramount.
