Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Associate 2 to join our team in India and contribute to our global employer branding initiatives. As a key member of our Talent Marketing team, you will be responsible for strengthening our employer brand and assisting with global employer brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our employer brand across country-specific job boards, employer review sites, and other channels.
  • Execute content gathering to create compelling content for digital recruitment marketing campaigns, including employee-generated content and testimonials.
  • Track content performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance communication processes, tools, and results.
  • Actively explore opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes, tools, and results.
  • Build relationships with team members and key stakeholders in India and the U.S.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and employer branding building.
  • Experience working in a variety of marketing tools, including social media marketing platforms, content management systems, project management, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across formats and channels.
