We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Campaign Manager to drive the success of our global clients.

This exciting opportunity involves managing daily campaign performance across various platforms and related technologies.

  • Coordinate campaign executions across regions, serving as the primary point of contact with agency and platform stakeholders.
  • Optimize campaigns on demand-side platforms through strategies, insights, and adjustments to pacing, quality of inventory, ad troubleshooting, and tag tracking to meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions based on available technology.
  • Oversee media tracking and analytics setup and implementation.
  • Communicate daily format, screen, and inventory performance to clients and agencies as needed.
  • Understand and explain bottom-up planning, client goals, and KPIs to platform activation strategies/tactics across the customer journey.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4-6 years of experience managing programmatic campaigns for large clients.
  • Expert-level knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using demand-side platforms.
  • A working understanding of the holistic digital landscape: video, display, social, programmatic, and marketing analytics.
  • The ability to proficiently describe all possible KPIs and their place in the customer journey.
  • Comfort with strategic thinking and analyzing performance in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.
