Project Leadership for Automation Specialists

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead automation testing activities in the medical devices domain. The ideal candidate will oversee, drive, and ensure compliance with global healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of test automation activities across projects within the medical devices domain.
  • Review and approval of test scripts prior to submission for acceptance by the Product Owner or SME.
  • Implementation of best practices in test automation.
  • Mentorship and coaching of engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Technical capability building within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Regulatory requirement interpretation and alignment of testing practices.
  • Liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Alignment of technical and business requirements.
  • Hands-on technical support and guidance when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in testing, with at least 5 years in test automation.
  • Development and maintenance of automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based), FlaUI/WinAppDriver/TestComplete/WhiteFramework.
  • Script review and technical documentation expertise.
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Interpretation and application of these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
