Job Title: Reservation Specialist

• Assist customers with hotel bookings by providing property details, availability, and pricing information.
• Handle calls, messages, and inquiries from potential guests or partners to ensure smooth operational coordination.
• Manage and update reservation records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm booking details and provide follow-up support to customers.
• Upsell relevant options based on customer needs and availability.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in reservations, sales, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
