Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong exposure to stakeholder management and client communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of recruiters working on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
  • Mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and client management capabilities.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions among team members based on capability and bandwidth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely updates, quality profiles, and strategic support.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Meet team targets on closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time (TAT).
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.

  • Proven ability to work on leadership roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
