Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Loan Disbursement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of loan disbursement processes and be able to effectively evaluate and verify loan requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan documentation and property documents to ensure compliance with lender guidelines and borrower needs.
  • Assess the appropriateness of requested funds and ensure accurate disbursements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Monitor approval rates, credit scores, and other key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Process loan disbursements in accordance with customer requests and organizational timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conduct financial background checks, income verifications, and credit checks as required.
  • Re-appraise loans as necessary to ensure accuracy and compliance.
