Job Title: DFT Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with ASIC design teams to ensure robust digital fault tolerance and comprehensive test coverage.
  • Develop high-quality manufacturing ATPG test patterns for stuck-at (SAF) and transition fault (TDF) models using advanced on-chip test compression techniques.
  • Perform thorough MBIST verification, including repair and test pattern generation using Mentor tools.
  • Conduct in-depth ATPG (SAF, TDF) and MBIST verification using unit delay and min/max timing corner simulations.
  • Work closely with Product/Test engineering teams to deliver manufacturing test patterns for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
  • Support post-silicon debug efforts and resolve complex issues.
  • Design and maintain diagnostic tools for ATPG, MBIST, and ATE bring-up.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 4-12 years' experience in ASIC/DFT - simulation and silicon validation.
  • Proven expertise in Full chip DFT and in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, pattern simulation, and silicon debug.
  • Specialized skills in ATPG - coverage analysis and memory verification, repair, and failure root-cause analysis.
  • Experience with tools like TestKompress, MentorETVerify, VCS, ModelSim, and scripting languages such as Perl, shell, etc.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team, dynamic environment with excellent communication skills.
  • Capacity to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, methodologies.
