Visual Designer Position

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer who can bring creativity and visual storytelling expertise to our digital learning experiences.

In this role, you'll collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and stakeholders to craft engaging visual content for eLearning projects.

We're working on projects for over 20 countries in multiple languages, and we need talented individuals like you to help us bring these visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
  • Learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
