Job Overview:

As a primary contact liaison, you will collaborate with various teams to address technical questions and escalations. Your key responsibilities include assisting customers in developing success plans, outlining critical goals and performance indicators, and guiding them towards achieving these objectives. You will also be responsible for measuring customer progress, reporting results internally and externally, and collaborating with account management teams to secure contract renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries or escalations.
  • Help customers create tailored success plans, setting priorities and measurable outcomes, and provide expert guidance on implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure smooth contract renewal processes.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding product usage within customer organizations.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for upsells and participate in pilot project presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs) with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer success/project management role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, especially when managing high-value accounts.
  • Strong technical expertise in the cybersecurity field, combined with analytical and project management skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make informed decisions independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless engagement with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
