We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Claims Management Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cashless insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely closure to policyholders and seamless coordination with insurance providers.
This role involves verifying policy coverage, reviewing medical records, coordinating with Insurers, and ensuring that claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Cashless Claim Management: Verify policy coverage, review medical records, coordinate with Insurers, and ensure accurate and efficient claim processing.
- Policy Coverage Verification: Review and verify policy details to ensure eligibility for cashless processing according to the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
- Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from employees and other stakeholders regarding claim status and related queries.
- Clinic/Hospital Coordination: Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain additional information and clarify details.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or issues that arise during claim processing to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claim-related activities, communications, and transactions for documentation and audit purposes.
- Service Level Agreements: Meet or exceed established service level agreements and performance metrics related to claim processing, turnaround time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Interactions:
- Internal Clients: Endorsement team, Onboarding team, Products & engineering, Claims teams, Support Inbound, Account Management
- External Clients: Insurers, Client HRs, Hospitals
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Past Experience in voice profile would be an added advantage
- Experience in cashless/ TPA
