Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled MEP Project Engineer to join our team and take on the challenge of managing projects from start to finish. Your expertise in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel will be invaluable as you work closely with contractors and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Manage Projects Effectively: Coordinate with teams to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain stringent targets.
  • Safety First: Conduct site inspections to guarantee code compliance and identify potential safety hazards.
  • Design Expertise: Validate fire fighting system designs, suggesting alternatives when necessary.
  • Administration: Coordinate the administration of fire fighting materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
  • Billing and Compliance: Ensure accurate billing and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with Fire Protection Systems: Excellent exposure to fire protection systems in high-rise, residential, or commercial buildings.
  • Technical Expertise: Experience with fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Leadership Abilities: Ability to manage task-oriented groups and develop planning skills.
  • Communication Skills: Result-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Desired Experience:
  • Project Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems in high-rise, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Full Cycle Project Management: Experience with at least one full cycle of project management from start to finish.
