**Job Title:** Project Development Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, particularly in the workspace fit-out industry.
**Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should be willing to travel for upcoming projects, but the base location will be NCR.
  • Perform thorough technical due diligence.
  • Have thorough knowledge of MEP and local authority approvals processes.
  • Review all drawings and BOQ for the project and take ownership.
  • Plan and present complete project milestones, procurement plans to the business team.
  • Ensure attention to detail and quality installation at each stage of construction.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors from initial stages to final handover to the client.
  • Apply logical thinking and bring value engineering and cost-saving mechanisms throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction stages.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Assist different teams as needed for successful project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document minutes and communicate risks with mitigation plans.
  • Utilize construction management tools/software effectively.
  • Travel and handle projects in other cities if necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management.
  • Good research skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects accurately.

**Experience (Years) Required:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from D&B or coworking space background.

**Qualification:
  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical degree.
  • Graduation must be through full-time day course.
  • Specialized in MEP.
