Accommodation Operations:
As Guest Experience Director, you will oversee the smooth operation of our Guest Service team, ensuring that all rooms are pre-blocked and housekeeping is informed. You will work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Guest Service operates successfully and are individually profitable
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering Department to ensure rooms are ready for guests
  • Conduct frequent and thorough inspections together with the Housekeeping Manager

Guest Experience:
You will be responsible for establishing rapport with guests, maintaining good customer relationships, and handling all guest complaints, requests, and enquiries. You will personally verify that guest's check-in/out is receiving the best possible service in line with Accor's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

People Management:
You will be responsible for recruiting, selecting, and developing Guest Service employees to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies. You will supervise closely all Guest Service employees in the performance of their duties in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, and develop Guest Service employees
  • Supervise closely all Guest Service employees in the performance of their duties
  • Delegate appropriately, duties and responsibilities to equipped and resourced employees
