
Human Resources Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing the recruitment process, and bridging management and employee relations.
This role requires excellent communication skills, people orientation, and leadership abilities. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and drive positive outcomes.
- Manage the recruitment process: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including selecting candidates and onboarding new hires.
- Bridge management and employee relations: Address demands, grievances, or other issues that may impact employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Develop and monitor HR strategies: Implement performance appraisal systems, assess training needs, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Nurture a positive working environment: Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and inclusivity.
- Excellent communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
- Proven experience in HR: Demonstrate a track record of success as an HR Manager or Executive, with expertise in HR metrics and systems.
- Results-oriented and people-focused: Prioritize employee satisfaction, well-being, and development, while driving business outcomes.
- Strategic thinking: Develop and implement long-term HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills: Build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
