HVAC Systems Specialist

As a seasoned mechanical systems professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient HVAC solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Your expertise in creating detailed technical construction drawings and specifications will ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive technical documentation using computer-assisted engineering software to deliver accurate and timely results.
- Perform thorough calculations and prepare relevant technical specifications, sequence of operations, and details to meet customer requirements and existing conditions.
- Evaluate design concepts, calculations, and drawings to guarantee accuracy, code compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Establish cost estimation and Bill of Materials based on design concepts.
- 4+ years of experience in HVAC design and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience working with building services and international projects, preferably in the US.
- Excellent communication and team handling skills.
