Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key role is to engage with customers, identify opportunities, and guide them through the purchasing process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Inbound Sales:
    • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
    • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable products or services.
    • Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
    • Convert inbound inquiries into sales by offering tailored solutions and closing deals.
  • Customer Support:
    • Offer post-sales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services.
    • Resolve customer issues related to product usage efficiently.
    • Handle and escalate complex inquiries or complaints to ensure timely resolution.
    • Follow up with customers after sales to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Administration:
    • Record all customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.
    • Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
    • Share feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve products.
    Key Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to understand customer needs, good product knowledge, and effective problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computer systems, including familiarity with customer service software and tools, is also required. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
