Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in our organization's success. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for devising and implementing an overall recruitment strategy that meets the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We own the TA function, ensuring timely hiring and meeting targets based on client-defined business plans.
  • Mentor and coach the TA team to source top talent for our geographically dispersed clients.
  • Set realistic hiring targets and review progress regularly (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Publish accurate and timely reports to keep clients informed of progress and any challenges.
  • Lead weekly client connect calls, proactively addressing roadblocks or changes.
  • Develop and execute effective vendor management strategies.
  • Finalize candidate selection, negotiate offers, and extend employment contracts as needed.
  • Ensure salaries offered align with pay bands.
  • Oversee senior management-level hires from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Guide HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring and bulk hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR TA Lead/Manager or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Effective team management and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational expertise.
  • International recruitment experience a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resources Management.
  • 8-12 years of experience in HR-related roles.
  • Proficiency in using various HRMS tools.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Experience in a lead/manager capacity.
  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputable university.
