Executive Governance Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled Executive Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of corporate governance and compliance.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, managing secretarial functions, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. This includes drafting resolutions, minutes, notices, and agendas for Board Meetings and General Meetings, as well as conducting Due Diligence activities.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have expertise in FEMA compliances, ROC Return filing, and statutory filings. They will also be responsible for liaising with bankers, cross-functional teams, and auditors on regulatory matters.

As an Executive Governance Specialist, you will also be expected to manage ESOP schemes, maintain Statutory Registers, and assist in Corporate Social Responsibility activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification as a Company Secretary or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in legal & secretarial work
  • MBA from a reputable business school
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
