About the Role: We are seeking a Production Engineering Specialist to drive efficiency within our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed time studies to analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Eliminate non-value-added activities by introducing suitable tools and techniques, thereby increasing productivity.
  • Implement solutions to reduce lead time by optimizing machinery and workflows.
  • Collaborate with our Industrial Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and best practices.
  • Sustain continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards in production engineering.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with an Industrial Engineering team or as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of production processes, tools, and machinery, as well as a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work collaboratively across functions and adapt to changing priorities.
