Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data integration, with experience in designing and implementing solutions using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and later versions. Proficiency in Unix scripts, commands, and file handling is also required for automating tasks and streamlining workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x and later versions.
  2. Develop and maintain Integration Cloud Service (IICS) and Integration Development Methodology (IDMC) components.
  3. Work with various databases such as Oracle, SQL server, DB2, etc., ensuring seamless data integration across diverse systems.
  4. Utilize expertise in Unix scripts, commands, and file handling to automate tasks and streamline workflows.
  5. Basic knowledge of Python is necessary for efficient scripting and automation.
  6. Experience in writing SQL/PL-SQL queries and coding is essential for data manipulation and analysis.
  7. Data testing and validation are critical components of the role, requiring meticulous attention to detail.
  8. Deployment of code and exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines ensure smooth operation and scalability.
  9. Proficiency in AWS/Azure Data Engineering Stack, including Glue, ADF, S3, and ADF, is beneficial for efficient data processing and storage.
  10. Knowledge of scheduling tools like Apache Airflow and Ctrl-M enables optimal resource allocation and task management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in related fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new technologies.
