Job Title: Video Content Creator

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and creative video content creator to lead our team in producing high-quality video content for various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in video production, project management, and leadership.

  • Project Planning: Develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, create project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Production Management: Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement, ensuring all necessary permits and releases are obtained.
  • Crew Management: Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Shooting and Directing: Oversee video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively, direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Post-Production: Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects, ensuring the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary, ensuring videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
