About the Role

Position Title: Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, formatting, and publishing internal communication materials (emails, newsletters, announcements)
  • Assisting with employee engagement campaigns, leadership messages, and intranet content
  • Coordinating townhalls, leadership connections, and awareness drives
  • Providing logistical and creative support during internal events (e.g., Foundation Day, CSR drives, festive celebrations)
  • Maintaining archives of communication assets, photos, and video content
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content roles is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Capable to multitask and meet timelines
  • Proactive and enthusiastic to take up new challenges and tasks
  • Interest in corporate culture, storytelling, and visual branding
