We are seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our team in a growth/operations role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to drive data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable systems through the design, documentation, and optimization of operational processes.
  • Apply AI tools such as data cleanup, lead enrichment, and content drafts to accelerate workflows and improve output quality across growth tasks.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, align team tasks to clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists.
  • Analyze metrics reviews and continuously improve processes through root-cause analysis and experimentation.
  • Maintain operational hygiene by organizing documentation, enforcing quality controls, and upholding compliance across workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to assess, maintain, and understand complex processes.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably from a reputable institution.
  • Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is a plus.
