Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments.

The successful candidate will apply machine learning, predictive modelling, and advanced SQL/Python analytics to large-scale health datasets, uncovering meaning and delivering powerful strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions that align with our vision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in data-driven healthcare roles.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from leading healthcare providers.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
