Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. The successful candidate will translate business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives. They should have demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions and hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
