Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Expert to lead our Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with expertise in designing, developing, and implementing PAM solutions.

  • Design and engineer PAM solutions from BeyondTrust to safeguard critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Configure and maintain privileged account vaults, password rotation policies, and access workflows.
  • Troubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems such as IAM, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Administer Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
  • Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Manage Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
  • Enforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments.
  • Monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM security policies and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
  • Investigate IAM-related security incidents and unauthorized access attempts.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement zero-trust and identity governance models.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in PAM and IAM technologies.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing secure PAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
