We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Java/J2EE, REST API, Micro services, Reactive programming, and Spring boot.

  • 4+ years of experience in Java/J2EE
  • Hands-on experience in Java 8/J2ee/Webservices/Spring/Spring boot
  • Databases (Mysql, Oracle, etc.)
  • Microservices
  • Version Management System (Git/SVN etc.)
  • Good experience in Requirement gathering, Design, Implementation, Unit Testing (JUnits), Deployment, Maintenance
  • Ticketing applications
  • Knowledge of UNIX, Shell scripts etc. is an added advantage
  • Ability to link business drivers to successful BI solutions
  • Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

About the Role:

This role involves working on complex software projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java and related technologies
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other developers to define project requirements and ensure smooth execution
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities
- Contribute to the improvement of existing software systems and processes
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address concerns

Requirements:

- 4-6 years of experience in software development with Java/J2EE
- Proficiency in Java 8/J2ee/Webservices/Spring/Spring boot
- Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with Mysql, Oracle, etc.
- Experience with microservices architecture and version management systems (Git/SVN etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with UNIX, Shell scripts, and other relevant technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with reactive programming and REST APIs
- Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and DevOps tools
- Certification in Java or related technologies
- Participation in open-source projects or contributions to the developer community
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior developers
