Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Specialist to lead our clients in implementing Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) solutions.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering full-cycle PBCS engagements from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, testing, training, and go-live.

  • Transformation Leadership: Proven ability to partner with finance and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable PBCS solutions.
  • Model Design Expertise: Hands-on experience designing and building comprehensive planning models, including financial planning, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, project-level planning, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Platform Configuration & Extensibility: Strong technical skills configuring Oracle Planning applications: metadata imports, forms, and task-flow setup, security model design, and authoring business rules (Groovy and native calculation scripts).
  • Integration & Data Management: Practical experience integrating Oracle PBCS with Oracle ERP/HCM Cloud and other source systems to automate data loads and ensure data integrity.
  • Automation & DevOps: Familiarity with EPM Automate for task automation, patching, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Oracle EPM Certification in PBCS (desirable) and/or equivalent hands-on project experience on the Oracle Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service platform.
