Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Technical Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow engagements end-to-end, providing hands-on design and development expertise, and supporting various consulting initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ServiceNow implementations and provide technical guidance to project teams
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
  • Migrate data and processes from legacy tools to ServiceNow
  • Configure integrations with other systems
  • Develop enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
  • Set up ITOM Discovery and schedules
  • Configure CMDB health dashboard and health metrics
  • Define business problems and opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets, and timelines
  • Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Consult with business analysts and project managers to develop technical solutions
  • Document and gain acceptance/approval of final solutions
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow experience
  • Development experience on the ServiceNow platform, including customization of applications such as ITOM and ITSM
  • Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents
  • Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Experience with implementation of custom integrations
  • At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in a lead consultant role
  • Skills and Certifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
