What We Need You To Bring:

  • A Master's / M.Phil / Ph.D. degree in Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Creative Writing, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Journalism, Economics, Political Science, History, or related courses.
  • C1 level of proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with machine learning models, particularly Language Learning Models (LLMs).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle complex, multi-step problem-solving scenarios.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing training data sets for AI models to enhance their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice.
  • Annotating data to ensure AI models align with human values.
  • Improving grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated and AI model-generated text to adhere to linguistic rules.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets.
