API Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled API integration specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End API Integrations: Lead API integrations with new and existing partners, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Integration Requirements: Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Integration Roadmaps: Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Post-Integration Support: Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

This is a remote role that requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while staying highly organised. Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal in English. Additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience in API integration and development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp and Jira.
