Job Description

As a creative visual storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that supports brand awareness and learner engagement. Your expertise in designing engaging visuals will help drive user interest through your designs and content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a variety of visual content – posters, banners, templates, emailers, newsletters, packaging, infographics, and storyboards for digital use.
  • Creating and editing informational and educational videos for learners, explaining key concepts and program features through visual storytelling.
  • Collaborating with the content and marketing teams to translate academic or product objectives into engaging design assets.
  • Maintaining consistent visual identity across all content, while also optimizing for usability and learner experience.
  • Bringing creativity to data visualization by converting concepts and stats into easy-to-understand infographics and visuals.
  • Developing content that not only aligns with our visual identity but also supports lead generation efforts and marketing conversions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related creative field.
  • 1–2 years of professional design experience (agency background is mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and XD.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work including educational materials or marketing content.
  • Experience in video editing and creating infographic-style videos.
  • Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
