As a seasoned marketing leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role involves overseeing a team of marketing professionals, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and aligning initiatives with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to promote our cloud transformation services.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high performance in campaign execution and optimization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize strategies and drive ROI.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, product, and IT teams to align marketing efforts with our business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Brand Growth:
    • Enhance our online presence and thought leadership in the cloud transformation industry through innovative digital and content strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) and proficiency in measuring campaign performance.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, IT services, or cloud transformation industries. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
