Senior HR Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Leader to partner with business leadership and drive strategic talent initiatives. This critical role will support business priorities, growth, and transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive HR services across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead a team to focus on key human resource metrics including recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams and drive business outcomes.
  • Identify critical roles and key talent, develop strategies to staff critical roles with key talent, and implement talent development plans.
  • Lead talent management efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent that aligns with business needs and values.
  • Provide oversight and expertise to manage employee relations, labour laws, and employment concerns.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and organizational design to support business transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Leverage HR data analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs.
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree or relevant HR certifications highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
