Job Title: Senior Informatica Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Informatica Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating and mapping customer data from client source systems to our industry-leading platform.

  • This involves using technical data migration, scripting, and organizational skills to ensure efficient and accurate client data conversion.
  • You will perform extract, transform, load (ETL) activities for accurate and timely data conversions.
  • Providing in-depth research and analysis of complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions meeting customer needs within project governance.
  • MAPPING and maintaining business requirements to solution design using tools like requirements traceability matrices (RTM).
  • Presenting findings, requirements, and problem statements for ratification by stakeholders and working groups.
  • Identifying and documenting data gaps for change impact and downstream impact analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems.
  • Experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.
  • Working knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools like Informatica and Dell Boomi.
  • Utilizing data mapping tools to prepare data for data loads based on target system specifications.
  • Strong SQL scripting experience.
  • Communicating with clients and/or Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration.
  • Effectively communicating with Project Managers and customers to keep projects on target.
  • Continually driving improvements in the data migration process.
  • Collaborating via phone and email with clients and/or Project Manager throughout the conversion/integration process.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and others.
  • Clear understanding of cloud and application integrations.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
