The position of Manager, Product Solution Expert involves overseeing delivery excellence and customer satisfaction across strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires leadership skills to manage a team of high-performing Product Solutions Experts, ensuring timely execution, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Product Solutions Experts responsible for delivering implementations and ongoing technical support for enterprise clients.">
  • Oversee project delivery across accounts to ensure technical excellence, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.">
  • Provide strategic guidance to team members on complex solutioning, integrations, and customer engagement.">
  • Serve as an escalation point for key customer challenges and collaborate cross-functionally to drive resolution.">
  • Partner with Customer Advisors, PMs, and Engineering to align on customer goals, roadmap, and delivery plans.">
  • Review and improve solution design, architecture, and integration approaches across ATS, HRIS, and third-party systems.">
  • Build best practices, reusable assets, and standardized processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality.">
  • Mentor and upskill team members in technical areas (e.g., APIs, SQL, Python), customer management, and consulting skills.">
  • Contribute to the evolution of AI interview and functional round delivery frameworks.">
  • Track team performance metrics, capacity planning, and support hiring and onboarding efforts.">

Requirements:

">

This role requires a strong technical background in designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, XML, and Python. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in product implementation, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with at least 5-10 years in a leadership or team management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

">

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred. Big 4 consulting or enterprise transformation experience is a strong plus.
